Used to comes from an older usage of the verb to use. Strictly speaking, therefore, �I didn�t use to ...�, �Did you use to ...?� are more correct than the more common forms, �I didn�t used to�, �Did you used to ...?�. �Usedn�t to�, �Used you to ...?� are more correct than �usen�t to�, �use you to ...?�, however.
